01 — Deposit

A $20 non-refundable deposit is required upon request of each appointment. The deposit goes toward the total cost of your service. You must send me your deposit to confirm your appointment. If I have not received your deposit 24 hours prior to your appointment, the time slot will become available to any other clients. Please send all deposits via Zelle to lashedbyalli21@gmail.com. The remaining balance will be paid in cash only!

02 — Pre-Appointment

Please read pre-care instructions before coming to your appointment.

  • Please remove all make-up from the eye area

  • Please come with a fresh face and clean lashes before your appointment

  • Brush lashes thoroughly

  • Avoid caffeine

  • Use the restroom before your appointment

  • Get ready to relax/ Wear comfy clothes

03 — Late/Cancellation Fee

Arrive at your appointment on time! After a 15 minute grace period, there will be a $10 late fee. No shows will result in forfeiting your deposit. Please cancel or reschedule your appointment at least 24 hours in advance. A new deposit will be required in order to book if an appointment is rescheduled in less than 24 hours.

04- Squeeze In Fee

I try to accommodate all of my clients within my set availability. However, if you need to schedule an appointment for a time or date outside of my office hours or if you schedule your appointment under 24 hours’ notice, there will be an additional fee of $25 added to your service.

05 — Lashes

I do not work over other lash technicians’ work. Please book services as needed. Any fills over 3 weeks will be considered a full set. A client must have at least have 40% of lashes to be considered a refill. Anything less will be charged as a full set.

06 — COVID Regulations

A mask must be worn during your entire appointment. No extra guests are allowed.
